To create a grab and go Korean chicken offering.
Action
The site for ON THE DAK is a small corner site in Convent Garden will heavy foot fall. We redesigned the interior to reflect this quick service model by increasing the back of house and service areas.
The exterior was redecorated and new signage installed to increase visibility.
